sind die wichtigsten Zweige des Welthandels, für die es akzeptierte internationale Regelwerke gibt. Dienstleistungen, Finanzierung und Kreditsicherheiten befinden sich auf einem guten Weg dorthin. Soft law und Handelsklauseln ergänzen völkerrechtliche Verträge. Internationale Regelwerke verlangen nach einer internationalen Sicht und einer internationalen Handhabung. Auch sie müssen nationale Grenzen hinter sich lassen. Ihr Zusammenspiel ist geprägt durch die wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhänge.
