Abstract
Coaching is a booming and growing industry, particularly in youth sports. According to the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment of coaches and scouts is projected to grow 12 percent from 2019 – 2029, much faster than the average for all occupations. Coaches need educational resources to enter the profession as either a paid coach or a volunteer.
