Spanish Organic Law 1/2015 (30 March), amending the Criminal Code
(Organic Law 10/1995 (23 November). It has been justified because,
amongst other reasons, it follows the penological model of other

the legal system for its enforcement and the consequences of this
system in each case as regards the possible unconstitutionality of the
