These questions are addressed in this paper by referring to a large-scale empirical study in the German brewing sector.}, journal = {JEEMS Journal of East European Management Studies}, pages = {10--39}, author = {Heyder, Matthias and Theuvsen, Ludwig}, volume = {13}, number = {1} }
