Zusammenfassung
Durch die Finanzkrise wurde der Blick für die Notwendigkeit funktionierender Rechtssysteme als Garanten eines stabilen Wirtschaftssystems geschärft, aber auch die Bedeutung internationaler Standards deutlich. Hier stellen sich neue Herausforderungen, gerade für das Verfahrensrecht.

Abstract
