Lange Zeit galt Altersarmut in Deutschland als überwundenes Problem, doch nach den grundlegenden Reformen des Arbeitsmarkts und Alterssicherungssystems der „Agenda 2010“ ist die Diskussion um ein steigendes Armutsrisiko für ältere Menschen zurückgekehrt. Der Beitrag analysiert den Koalitionsvertrag der Großen Koalition im Hinblick auf darin enthaltene Ansatzpunkte zur Armutsvermeidung im Alter.
