In seinem vor vier Jahren veröffentlichten Buch "The Electric Church" hatte Armstrang behauptet, an jedem Sonntagmorgen säßen 130 Millionen Amerikaner vor ihrem Radio oder Fernsehapparat, um sich zur größten Gemeinde des Landes zu versammeln.
